For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any teeth whitening products that have been opened or used.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
We accept returns of unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery.
Refunds exclude original shipping fees, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Peroxide-free colour correction
V34 uses purple colour-correcting pigments to counteract yellow tones. It's an instant, cosmetic brightening effect and contains no peroxide.
- Brush and dry. Start with clean teeth and pat them dry.
- Apply a thin layer to the front of your visible teeth, as shown on the pack.
- Let it settle. Keep your lips off your teeth for a moment before closing your mouth.
Always follow the instructions in your pack.
Good to know. V34 gives a temporary, cosmetic colour boost. For longer-lasting whitening, pair it with our strips. Speak to your dentist first if you're pregnant or breastfeeding, have dental problems, or are allergic to whitening agents. Whitening won't change the colour of crowns, veneers or fillings.
