Returns & Exchanges
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any teeth whitening products that have been opened or used.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
We accept returns of unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery.
Refunds exclude original shipping fees, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

What's in this set
This set includes whitening strips and a whitening pen. The strips and pen contain 6% hydrogen peroxide.
- Peel and apply. Line the strip up with your gum line and press it gently over the front of your teeth. Do the same for the lower strip.
- Wear for 30 minutes. Try not to swallow too much, so the gel stays on your teeth.
- Remove and rinse. Use once a day for 7 days. Use the pen for touch-ups after that.
Always follow the instructions in your pack.
Good to know. Some people feel temporary sensitivity or gum irritation. If you do, pause for a few days or use a desensitising toothpaste. Don't use more often than directed. Speak to your dentist first if you're pregnant or breastfeeding, have dental problems, or are allergic to whitening agents. Whitening won't change the colour of crowns, veneers or fillings.
